Your Venture's Unfair Advantage

Your venture's unfair advantage

1. Me being blind
This is something that not many people can replicate. So, it is very valuable, especially considering the market that I am entering.

2. Leadership ability
This is a very valuable skill, it can be replicated depending on the type of leader, no other resource can provide the same benefits.

3. Marry Ann Hastings
This is a very valuable asset, she is not replaceable, but someone like her can be found el square

4. Having direct contact to my targeted market
This is very valuable, and it is irreplaceable, it cannot be replicated.

5. Public speaking ability
This is also very valuable, but it is replaceable, and people can find this el square

6. Connections with blind service organizations
This is also very valuable, but it can also be found in many places, and anyone has axes to it.

7. A small loan of 20000 dollars
This is very very valuable, it is definitely irreplaceable, and unless someone is rich this can not be imitated.

8. Connections with blind professionals
This is very valuable because these are the individuals that will be working directly with my clients. This asset is also irreplaceable.

9. Know of the needs of blind people

10. A background in non profits

The most important of these is definitely 1.

  1. Hey Austin! You almost never fail to make me laugh when reading your posts. For example, first line of this post made me chuckle a little. regarding your analysis, I think that you have done a good job pointing out a very valuable set of resources you have gathered over time that have been an indirect result of your lack of eyesight. My only wish regarding your post is that I wish it was a little more detailed. I say this however I can't really say much else on that because much of your points are very self explanatory. What can I say, your venture interests me and I hunger for detail.
